The shop

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not buy here.

Aldana Skin Life sells skincare for personal use. Guest checkout only. There is no customer account. Stripe is the record of payment.

Products

Aldana Skin Life house formulas are vegan, cruelty free, and made in the USA. That claim applies only to our own line. It does not apply to partner brands.

We also sell a short list of other brands as a retailer only: Cicalfate+ by Eau Thermale Avène, made in France, and SummeSun by Summe Cosmetics, made in Spain. We do not own, and we do not claim, any copyright, trademark, trade dress, or other intellectual property in those brands, names, logos, pack shots, or formulas. Those rights stay with the brand owners. Buying them here does not make Aldana Skin Life the manufacturer or the rights holder.

Read the product page for size, price, origin, and whether it is in stock. Photos, copy, and prices can change. If something is sold out at checkout, we will not take money for it.

Orders and payment

Checkout is Stripe Checkout. Prices are in US dollars. We ship to US addresses. You pay when you complete Stripe’s form. We do not store cards on this site.

An order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment. You will get a receipt from Stripe at the email you used there.

Use of the site

Do not misuse the site, scrape it in a way that harms the shop, or try to break checkout. The Aldana Skin Life name, mark, and house-product copy and photos we own are ours. Partner brand names, marks, and pack shots remain theirs.

Medical note

Product pages describe cosmetics. They are not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. If your skin is a medical problem, talk to a professional. The clinic and the shop are related as a family, but an order here is not a clinic visit.

Liability

To the extent Florida law allows, Aldana Skin Life is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the site or the products. Our liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Law

These terms follow the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If a court finds one line unenforceable, the rest still stands.

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Shipping, returns, and privacy are separate pages and are part of buying here.
