Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. Checkout will not collect a non-US address. If you need something sent elsewhere, write us first. We cannot promise it.

Cost

US shipping is $8 on orders under $50. Orders of $50 or more ship free inside the United States. Stripe shows the rate that applies to your bag at checkout. We do not add a separate handling line.

Timing

We pack from Miami. Most orders leave within a few business days after Stripe confirms payment. Delivery is usually 5 to 10 business days from checkout, which is the window shown in Stripe. Weekends, holidays, and carrier delays can add time.

You get a receipt from Stripe. If a tracking number is available, we send it to the same email. If a week has passed and you have heard nothing, use the contact form.

Address and delivery

We ship to the address you enter at Stripe. Please check it. If the carrier marks the package delivered, or returns it because the address was wrong, write us. We will help if we can. We may not be able to reship for free.

We do not ship to PO boxes if the carrier we use that week will not accept them. If that happens, we will write you.

Sold out after you pay

We try not to let that happen. If we cannot ship an item you paid for, we refund that item through Stripe and write you.
